Computer Associates employs a dedicated team of customer support specialists whose
sole function is to assist end users with software or hardware questions. Utilizing
specially designed service tracking software, Computer Associates is able to guarantee
an appropriate response time for all service related calls. For those clients where
extended service beyond weekday hours are required, Computer Associates offers extended
service hours. CAI’s technical support organization is staffed by certified technicians
who have in-depth knowledge of the product, as well as manufacturing and accounting
environments. Access to CAI Customer Support provides customers with 24-hour access
to a support knowledgebase, software updates, technical documentation, and more.
