Needs Assessment
Computer Associates is a firm believer in a full and comprehensive analysis of
each company's overall needs before any recommendations are made. Our staff of
senior analysts and industry specific consultants will visit each company to
fully understand their business issues and primary requirements. Upon the
conclusion of a comprehensive needs assessment in the areas of software and
hardware, Computer Associates will recommend a solution that is consistent with
the needs and direction of your company and industry. Where necessary, software
customizations will be recommended to suit the individual needs of each client
as well as data conversions from existing systems to the new Computer
Associates software format.

Training
Computer Associates employs data processing professionals whose sole function
is to train clients in the everyday use of our software. Trainers have an
intimate understanding of all aspects of the software applications, possess
considerable experience in dealing with end users and do have industry specific
training expertise. Training sessions are offered at each client's site or at
Computer Associates' in-house training facility.

Installation & Implementation
Computer Associates conducts the installation and implementation phase of each
client's new software and/or hardware network with the goal of minimizing the
impact on daily operations. During the installation/implementation process,
Computer Associates will have hardware engineers and software staff specialists
present to insure the proper functioning of all aspects of the computer system.
Trainers and analysts will remain on site after the final conversion and live
start up to insure a smooth and efficient transition to the new system

Hardware Survey and Integration
Computer Associates certified hardware specialists and Microsoft certified
engineers will conduct a site survey at each company to determine the optimal
computer hardware configuration. Where existing hardware is acceptable for use
with the new proposed software solution, it will be utilized. In instances
where new hardware is required, Computer Associates will custom design a
hardware network to suit the individual and unique needs of each client.

On-Going Support
Computer Associates employs a dedicated team of customer support specialists
whose sole function is to assist end users with software or hardware questions.
Utilizing specially designed service tracking software, Computer Associates is
able to guarantee an appropriate response time for all service related calls.
For those clients where extended service beyond weekday hours are required,
Computer Associates offers extended service hours.
