Used for long-term projects such as condominiums and commercial projects where
multiple deliveries, invoices and products are used over an extended period,
Ponderosa’s Contract Pricing module tracks all aspects of long- term projects,
including requisition and periodic billing. The software reports overall
project scope and profitability and gives you peace of mind in selling and
managing complex projects.

Advanced Quotation System:
Access current costing and material availability data to generate ontarget
pricing. Move quotations directly to order status and easily adjust quotes

More efficiently manage your daily delivery operations. CAI’s Order Delivery
Tracking System (ODT) is a flexible, user-friendly and intuitive solution that
provides accurate delivery and scheduling information to dispatch, sales, and
management organizations. This eliminates the need to call the dispatch office
to determine delivery status. Additionally, the system’s integrated GPS tracking
technology and wide variety of available black box and fixed mount vehicle options
provide real-time tracking and management of their mobile resources, and lets
dispatchers coordinate order combination, routing and fleet tracking to get the
most out of their delivery operations.

In today’s industrial and commercial production and processing environments,

Inventory Remanufacturing Processing:
Simplify and automate product
re-costing, pricing, board-foot conversions and real-time inventory management
with Ponderosa’s flexible Inventory Remanufacturing Processing module. For
example, as “white wood” is treated with ACQ, CCA and other wood preservatives,
Ponderosa calculates chemical costs—based on the amount applied to the
lumber—tracks labor and automatically updates inventory data for both the raw
materials and the finished product.

Wireless Warehouse Management:

Flexible Drill Down & Query:
Access critical information with state-of-the-art drill down and query
capabilities. Detailed inventory, monthly sales, invoices associated with
Accounts Receivables checks, committed materials, open orders and
customer/vendor histories, among others are readily available to key personnel.

Fax / e-Mail Desk:
Permit authorized users to FAX documents directly from their desks. Ponderosa
also supports .pdf formatting (Acrobat) and e-mailing of documents and reports.

Truck Route / Manifest:
Dynamically route trucks, assign stops in the appropriate sequence, and ensure
drivers have complete and organized delivery manifest. Quickly review stops
assigned to each driver, the number of stops on a truck, total weight, and case

systems, CAI has employed a sophisticated and, unique to the industry, concept
of software parameterization. Through this technique, Computer Associates
industry consultants are able to selectively activate individual computer
software functionality features within the system that most suit the individual
needs of any particular client. This amounts to a partial customization of the
software to each individual clients unique requirements without the need for
programming, which translates to a near custom system at the cost of a standard
package.
