  • Expand our contacts within your customer base
  • Drive value-oriented discussions the focus on business outcomes and which drive value and benefit for our customers.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Professional Services and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Keep up to date records in CAI’s Customer Relationship Software platform, Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Customer interactions

The ShopVue team @ CAI Software is growing! Due to increased client demand, we are looking for motivated, professional, and service-minded individuals to join our team full-time in the role of an Implementation Consultant. In this role, you will work directly with our Professional Services staff to assist with new software implementations. You will help build and test the client’s system and be on-site to oversee the conference room pilot (CRP). If a successful career in the software industry is what you are looking for, this job is perfect for you. What You’ll Do:

A Business Development Representative (BDR) at CAI Software is a key member of the Sales and Marketing teams – and is often the first contact for potential clients! In this role, you will work directly with our Sales and Marketing staff to uncover and develop new opportunities. You will spend most of your time on the phone, researching companies, updating and building out our sales database, executing coordinated marketing campaigns, interacting with prospects via email and phone, and scheduling qualified calls for our sales team. What You’ll Do:

  • Event Promotions:
    • Plan for and promote trade shows, including logistics, packaging, and shipping of event materials, carrying out pre and post marketing campaigns, set and assist in carrying out internal meetings to prepare for shows
    • Work to develop improved targeting to each unique market of attendees at the scheduled events
    • Capture these tactics and results for review of effectiveness and further honing to improve future results
