May 14, 2017 — Computer Associates (“CAI” or the “Company”), a leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and related services to customers in the lumber and building materials (LBM), food, precious metals, and other industries globally, today announced that it has acquired 100% of MultiProcess Computer Corporation, an international provider of enterprise document archiving and retrieval solutions.

McCooey, CAI’s Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer said. “This acquisition will better position us to continue to deliver enhanced, leading-edge solutions that add value to our customers’ businesses and help them succeed.”
Based in Windham, New Hampshire, MultiProcess Computer’s flagship product, the DataView Records Management System (RMS), has been installed at more than 1,500 customers worldwide in the LBM, Medical, Manufacturing, and Utilities industries, as well as Government Agencies.

The company announced that MultiProcess Computer will continue to operate under that name and that MultiProcess Co-founder James Bubnikowicz will assume the role of President. The Company will continue to maintain MultiProcess’ development facility and offices in New Hampshire.
The transaction closed on May 14, 2017. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
