A Partnership Beyond Business Software
VAN Millwork has signed on for Ponderosa’s remote Server and Desktop Management service. This managed, remote service provides 24×7 monitoring of VAN’s network servers and desktop computers and provides immediate notification of any network, peripheral or critical device that’s not performing within pre-set threshold levels.
The service includes automatic, centralized Microsoft Windows operating system patch management and anti-virus and anti-spyware on each server and desktop computer to ensure that all systems are properly protected and keeps VAN’s employee e-mail inboxes free from virus-laden e-mails, SPAM and phishing attacks.
